The stay is established by the contractual rules signed by both parties before arrival.

The contract specifies customers’ data, the accommodation booked, the day of reservation, the number of guests, the price, the deposit, check-in and check-out times, the cancellation policy.

At the time of the check-in, guests are informed of the good rules of conduct to follow, the prohibition to move the furniture, the respect for shared spaces, the timetables of the services offered and the anti-covid rules.

Furthermore, the brochure of the external and/or affiliated services of the territory is provided.
